Who makes this product?

A M Bromley, see About Us.

Where can I buy one?

You can only buy the CZC1 wireless thermostat through heater suppliers.

Is it an off-the-shelf product?

The Celsia CZC1 wireless thermostat is, but the receiver/appliance control PCB isn't. That is designed to control your products and will take 3-6 months to develop.

What does it cost?

The cost of the CZC1 wireless thermostat is very competitive with other wireless thermostats on the market. The Celsia receiver/appliance control PCB is extremely competitive as you get the wireless receiver and appliance control in one PCB.

We supply direct to OEMs so please contact us for prices of the CZC1 and to discuss your appliance control requirements.

How is it fitted?

Back plate fitted to wall with CZC1 ready to clip into place

The Celsia receiver/appliance control PCB is installed in the appliance at the manufacturing stage. It saves money in the following ways:-

  1. Manufacturers need fit only one PCB to their heater, not a PCB and a receiver
  2. There are fewer products to source and manage
  3. Assembly is quicker

The Celsia CZC1 wireless thermostat is supplied complete with a wall mounting back plate that is fixed to the wall by the installer (two screws required!). The CZC1 is then just clipped to this wall plate. It's as easy as that!

Why is it different?

Celsia's unique advantage is the customised PCB which we design and manufacturers fit. It's a combined appliance control and RF receiver so there is no need for a separate receiver unit. Along with the exceptionally stylish, feature-packed wireless zone thermostat, Celsia provides manufacturers with the means to offer very high-quality competitive electric heating systems into the wireless zone-control market.

What benefits are there for me?

There are a number of reasons why a wireless controlled electric heating system might be specified: for example, a difficult site for fitting pipes, no mains gas supply, client's request for 'hidden wires', preference for the style of electric heating units, desire for true zone temperature control, and so on. Whatever the reason, manufacturers ready with a leading-edge product range will be able to satisfy the need and exceed the expectations of their customers. But until now, installing electric heating systems has often had the downside of cost and flexibility issues, for all the advantages that remote control offers. Celsia is a new wireless heating appliance control system, developed by A M Bromley, for manufacturers, enabling them to offer zone-controlled systems based on their own heating products, very competitively.

CELSIA provides manufacturers with the means to offer very high-quality competitive electric heating systems into this market. If you want a way in to new markets, to move up from offering single-appliance solutions, or simply something 'different' to talk about - take a look at Celsia.

What is the Celsia CZC1 controller?

This is the stylish, wall-mounted, battery-powered wireless thermostat which can easily be programmed to give 6 on-off periods per day, and many other features. It can control virtually any number of appliances in the same zone.

What is the Celsia combined receiver/appliance-control PCB?

With a single Celsia PCB designed specifically for you installed in each product, you no longer need a separate RF receiver and appliance control. Take a look at some of the features we can offer you. Celsia's single combined embedded PCB therefore saves both capital expenditure and manufacturing costs. With Celsia you can now afford to offer zone-controlled electric heating systems into new markets.

What else can this combined PCB be used for?

The Celsia combined PCB can be adapted to use in wet systems or to manage other systems where wireless electronic temperature control is desirable - typical development times are 3-6 months with development costs refunded.
